We are proud to present Abrè, our long Martinotti Method sparkling wine that represents the exciting journey of our founder towards understanding and respecting the beauty of Pinot Nero. The name itself recalls the abbreviation, an emotional discharge that leads to the liberation of hidden thoughts and desires. This unique wine was created through careful selection of the grapes and quality viticulture based on regenerative organic farming. The result is a taste experience that enhances the sophisticated elegance of Pinot Nero, enriched by the union with the native variety Garganega. The label narrates this abbreviation journey. Large hands slip into the soil, where the roots of two highly refined grape varieties sink. One of them is Pinot Nero, the ultimate expression of elegance, the other is Garganega, the highest manifestation of territoriality.

• Grape Varieties: 50% Garganega and 50% Pinot Nero

• Winemaking: The second fermentation in autoclave is a silent dance of aromas and flavors, lasting 8 months. A long time, but necessary to give our sparkling wine that touch of magic that makes it unique. After this long dance, a year of aging in the bottle follows, where our sparkling wine rests, acquiring the perfection and delicacy that only time can give. This is a slow, but romantic journey, leading to the creation of a work of art, where each sip is an unforgettable experience.

• Tasting Notes: From the sensory analysis, white flesh fruit, apple and pear aromas emerge, a light banana sensation, a hint of coffee and white pepper, white flower scents between jasmine and white hyacinth, lily of the valley, lemon and lime. Fragrance and freshness in the mouth give the palate and senses the joy of drinking another sip.
