• Grapes: Incroci Manzoni 100%. Autochthonous grape grown using regenerative agriculture, which aims to improve soils through the increase of organic matter present, pursuing a different idea of viticulture, with the reintroduction of ancient vineyard practices
• Winemaking: the must ferments for 15 days, remaining in contact with about 20% of the skins. Then, it ages for a year in cement barrels and an additional year in the bottle.
• Tasting notes: wine of good body, splendidly balanced and suitable for aging
• Serving temperature: 10-12°C
